The shingles were replaced in 2004; the new high efficiency furnace was installed in March of 2006 and is run on natural gas.  There was a new sewer line put in 2005, at that time the basement floor in the lower level was taken out and drain tile and a sump pump was installed, an egress window was installed at that time.  There is off peak electric heat to go along with the natural gas, for the efficient use of energy.  The central air was installed in 2001, the garage finished with 2x6 walls and insulated in 2002 and finished in 2003, it too has off peak electric heat.  The laminate flooring in the entry and throughout the home was installed in 2002.  The home has a 200 amp electrical service as well as the off peak service system.
