The locker plant is well equipped with everything needed from the start to the finish in the processing effort. They have a sausage stuffer, grinder, as well as a tenderizer. They have lockers that are rented to area residents who store their own meat and pick it up as needed.
The grocery store is well stocked, there a number of good quality vendors who the owners have been able to depend on during the operation of the business.
