Comfortable & cozy is the way to describe this older 1.5 story home. If you’re a handyman there is a small workshop to tinker with your tools. There is a ¾ bath in this area as well.
The well kept yard has a single stall garage, a small garden area with plenty of room for your flowers. It is located across the street from the K-12 school and only a couple of blocks from the grocery store and downtown area. There is mail delivery to the front door.
