The exterior of the home is wood and the shingles are asphalt.  There is a large front porch facing to the south where you would possibly spend many days just sitting enjoying the beautiful North Dakota outdoors.  From the porch you can look directly down to the James River as well.  The yard is surrounded by trees and is absolutely beautiful with all the wide open spaces.  The remainder r of the yard to the east of the home includes curved 36x60 Quonset that is finished, heated with a propane furnace and has a floor drain along with a door opener.  This building has 220 electrical as well, if you’re a welder this would be a great spot.  The interior east wall has a large work bench that covers the majority of that side.  There is also a 24x26 two stall garage for your automobiles.

If you would like to consider yourself as being a Hobby Farmer there is plenty of space where you could do some fencing and have that horse you have always wanted as well as other animals of your choice, right now a portion of the land north and east of the buildings has been farmed.  The total acres including the building in this specific area covers 17.03 acres, while just to the south of the yard area is another 5.60 acres that runs directly up to and borders the James River, there are generally plenty of ducks and geese that seem to enjoy the James River as well, not certain but there may be a fish or two passing by, while if you want your own Golden Pond to use for skating in the winter time this may be just the place for you.
