The furnace is a forced air natural gas furnace, the home has a 200 amp electrical breaker service. The foundations walls are block and there is not a full basement under the entire home.

As you go out the back door of the garage there is an attached three season enclosed porch with windows and window coverings finished with tongue and groove wood, this is a very cozy and comfortable room during the season.

There is an 8x12 storage shed in the back yard. The lot is 75x140 with some trees for shade. The front entrance to the home has a 6x12 wood deck where you could always place a lawn chair during those summer days.
