The kitchen is a very functional work area with plenty of cupboard space as well as a center island where the sink is located and a counter that allows you to pull a stool up and eat those quick meals or early morning breakfasts.  There is a wide open space for your dining room table; the spot is large enough for you to plan on having all the relatives over for a family get together.  The kitchen was just painted in January of 2007.  The kitchen has newer laminate flooring to give this room the appearance of a fresh new home.  There is a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher that will all be included in the sale of this home.  There is easy access from this room to the attached deck, this may be the spot for that first morning cup of coffee.

The living room has the beautiful open staircase leading to the upper level where the four bedrooms are located.  The master bedroom faces to the north and has a large newer bay window.  The rooms have had new carpet within the past few years.  There is another full bath surrounding the four bedrooms.  The entire home has been repainted within the past year with the exception of the south bedroom.

The basement is a typical older home basement which serves a good place for storage and your utilities.  The home has a hot water boiler which is used to heat the home and runs on natural gas.  There are two electrical panel boxes; they are a combination of fuses and breakers.  The majority of the windows were replaced in the 1990’s.  Within the past couple of years much of the carpet has been replaced.  There is a large double garage with plenty of room for both of your vehicles, there are door openers for each of your vehicles.  In the garage there is a dual heating system that could be used to burn wood or coal and run it through the heating system.  The present owners have not used it but it had previously been used, your choice!  There is deck running along the south side of the home and wrapping around to part of the east side of the home, entrance to the deck can be directly from the kitchen.  What a great spot to sit and enjoy the beautiful North Dakota evenings.  There have been three metal doors installed on the entrances of the home within the past three months.  The back yard has a hand dug well that has been used to water the trees, if you have a green thumb it could also be for your garden or flower bed.  There is a back yard shop that is certainly a handyman’s delight with plenty of room to work on all of your little projects.  There is a wood burner in this building for your comfort.  If you want a home ready to be moved into, do not hesitate as a place with this amount of space is at a premium!
