microwave. Over the sink the window
has a new air conditioner that has only been used for one
partial summer.
The living room is a large carpeted room with larger
windows to give you ample lighting.
Some miscellaneous furniture is included with this room. It has a clothes closet next to the
large front porch where you can exit to the outdoors or
go into the attached garage via
a sliding door.
There are storage places also in the porch.
Also next to the living room are two carpeted bedrooms
with large closets in each room.
A bed in the master bedroom will stay and a hide-a-bed in
a smaller bedroom also stays.
The bathroom is in between the two bedrooms. It has linoleum flooring, a sink,
tub-shower and stool. Plenty of storage in the bathroom with
a larger linen
closet in the carpeted hallway.
To go down to the basement there is a door in the
family/dining room. At the bottom
of the stairs there is a room with a large chest freezer
that will stay with the home, the
washer and dryer will also stay. There is a nice sized
tiled room in the basement
that was used for a bedroom in the past, however there
are no egress windows. A bed
and some miscellaneous furniture are included as well. The furnace is a dual heating system
either electric or propane hot water heat. A 1000-gallon seller owned propane tank is
located
on the property.
The electrical service has been updated to 150-amp breaker system. There
is
also a nice sized fruit cellar for all your canning
storage needs.
The siding and shingles are in good condition. This home has been vacant for less than a year
